Friendly staff accommodating, provided early check-in for birthday celebration. Enjoyed complimentary minibar, snacks, and pool with kids' activities. Excellent service, close to airport, and good dining options. Surprisingly affordable with great facilities. Already booked for a return trip.👍🏼 Only small thing, hotel starting to show its age but didn't affect our awesome stay.

Indulging in street food delights at The Creekside was a taste bud adventure worth the extra calories. The club lounge and private beach access added a luxurious touch to our stay. The local dining scene nearby, like Espana Restaurant & Bar and Bento-Ya Kitchen, was a culinary delight.

The pool size didn't quite make a splash, but that's just me being a water-loving mermaid. Being a tad distant from Downtown didn't dim the glittering Dubai experience;

I chose Jumeirah for its proximity to the Dubai Museum, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access and the free shuttle service. The daily complimentary breakfast and the choice of lunch or dinner at award-winning restaurants across Dubai were also fantastic.

Lack of appropriate management for Eid.

The staff at this hotel is incredibly accommodating and professional. They are so attentive and remember us every time. the room service is just wonderful, especially the in-room breakfast, which was out of this world. the poolside snack bar is a great spot to relax, and the bar/lounge area has a fantastic vibe. the welcome drink was a nice touch upon arrival, and the spa & wellness centre offers top-notch treatments. the location is close to many places of interest in Dubai, making it convenient for sightseeing.

One thing that could be improved is the noise insulation from the corridor. Sometimes, it can be a bit noisy.

We booked Club rooms and were impressed with the spaciousness and amenities. the Club lounge offered fantastic snacks, a great breakfast selection, and beautiful views. the hotel's proximity to the airport and easy access to malls made our stay convenient. the gym, pool, and free shuttle services added to our overall enjoyment.

I keep returning for the exceptional service. On my first visit, staff assisted with my bags. The hotel has everything I need, from Wi-Fi to spa treatments and kids' activities. This place suits me perfectly. Coming back for Christmas!

Spacious rooms, complimentary mini bar, and lovely amenities. Plenty of dining options onsite and nearby Irish Village. Ideal for relaxation or easy access to local attractions.

the rooms are always impeccably clean, and the location is super close to Wild Wadi water park! the staff is super helpful and always made sure we had a great time. plus, they offer free passes for amazing local attractions like Wild Wadi and Zabeel Saray.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel are truly exceptional. the service was impeccable, making me feel like royalty during my stay. the Spa & wellness centre was well, maintained and offered a range of treatments, including body scrubs, massages, facials, and more. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi were perfect for a day of relaxation. the restaurant was elegant and served delicious food, with a continental breakfast offered in, room or in the poolside snack bar.

The only minor issue I encountered was the noise level from the pool area, which was moderately loud and could be disruptive at times.

The hotel's rooftop bar & lounge provided a delightful experience. The Latin-inspired ambiance, paired with the breathtaking views of Dubai, made me feel like a character straight out of a James Bond movie, sipping my drink and taking in the city lights.

During my business trip to Dubai, my director chose the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel for our stay, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel boasts luxurious, modern accommodations with 2 outdoor pools, 5 world-class restaurants, a gym, and a large spa with more than a dozen treatment rooms. I had the opportunity to visit the Akaru Spa, the onsite spa, and treat myself to a rejuvenating massage and facial. The serene ambiance and skilled therapists ensured a truly relaxing experience. Additionally, the variety of body treatments and facials offered at the spa provided a perfect way to unwind after a long day of meetings.

The suite was absolutely amazing - the views of Dubai were breathtaking, and the luxurious bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub made me feel like royalty. The 55-inch widescreen Full HD LED TV was the cherry on top!

I recently stayed at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel for a few nights on vacation. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast included a variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurants were also exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised to find a free minibar in my room, as well as a delightful late-night fruit and nut service. The hotel even provided complimentary passes to a nearby waterpark and another Jumeirah hotel with a stunning private beach. The property was impeccably clean and the staff were extremely helpful, especially Nivedh at the front desk and Mona and Waids who assisted with our breakfast needs.

Rooftop lap pool with stunning views. Free beach pass and shuttle to Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Unlimited access to Wild Wadi waterpark. Convenient location with views of the Creek and Burj Khalifa.

I chose this hotel for a business event due to its excellent conference facilities, including a spacious conference center and efficient business center. The staff was accommodating and the amenities, such as express check-out, were convenient for a busy work schedule.

The only service I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated co-working space, which would have been a valuable addition for holding impromptu meetings or collaborative work sessions.

This hotel is a great option for a stopover, with several facilities such as a nail spa, pool and gym. The breakfast has great options, with special attention given to dietary requirements. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with excellent bathrooms. The friendly staff goes the extra mile, offering a free late check-out, and the location is convenient to get to the metro and the beach.

The hotel has a gym, but I didn't use it because who exercises on vacation? The restaurants offer international cuisine, but I only tried the buffet breakfast for free.

The lobby is cavernous, but luckily I didn't get lost in there.

Close to the airport, excellent location near the creek. Polite, smiling, competent staff. Free tickets for one day in a water park were included in the price. Clean, luxurious suite with good A/C and isolation from noise with beautiful views. Delicious food in the restaurant with a rich assortment of Arabic and international cuisine. Swimming pool, gardens, and exterior make an excellent impression.
